DESCRIPTION
Eco e Narciso launched in 2004 a project called LAP (Permanent Artistic Laboratory) with local administrators and the community to compare art, local development and transformation of the territory. A workshop opened to all the municipalities located in the province of Turin (315 towns) marked the beginning of LAP project. A wide number of local administrations applied to participate in the project and four have been selected. The selection process was based on previous projects started by the municipalities, concerning environment, culture and tourism, and the chance to involve neighbouring communities.
